"Super impressed with our stay. The rooms are freshly updated, minus the baseboard heaters and the hallways in the building, but the rooms were pristine. The pool was warm, fun, and there’s tons of space to hang out if you don’t want to get wet. A little strip of business for all your late night needs too, which I found to be a nice little touch after late night swimming. "Absolutely 5 star service the entire time we were here. Here’s an example…while we were at the pool they had to close the hot tub for 10 minutes for maintenance. After doing so, the housekeeping staff brought all the kids at the pool a bag of snacks to say thank you for their patience. Front desk and restaurant staff were great too, and the weekend breakfast buffet was awesome."

"I have some mobitity issuess, so found climbing over wall of Tub/shower a bit concerning. Suggest that rooms be equiped with grab bars around tub area. Also had a bit of a issue with homelesss man and his aggressive dog in entry way and outside on bench. But I know that that is not your fault."

"Absolutely LOVED the pool. The water was warm and the slide was so much fun (it's a fast one!). While it wasn't downtown and we weren't sure about the area when we arrived, it was a quick drive to the Zoo and the Chinook mall and we felt safe. Zero complaints, we would stay here again for sure."
