"Property offered a lot for the family. There is a beach entrance advertised; however, it was unavailable during my stay due to maintenance and we were not informed about it prior to/or at my check-in a few days ago. To include, the maintenance being done on the beach (water line replacement) the trucks worked through the night and kept waking my family up. Otherwise, the beach front property was nice and has a ton of potential for a week there is no maintenance."

"The clean pools and location on the beach were the best part of this resort. But a lot of areas wet old & dirty. It also seems like one of those resorts where parts of it are always under construction. I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub but not the noise from construction. I would not stay here again."

"One of the worst stays i have ever had anywhere. The receptionist was rude and had no idea what she was doing. She tried to tell me that I had a balance due at checkin after I paid in full at booking. She even had the confirmation printed off showing paid in full. She then said she was just going to charge my card on file. The reservation was for 2 rooms and she tried to just give me one room. Once we got to our room, it was a pig pen. Looks absolutely nothing like the online pictures. My room...

"We stayed in the Paradise tower in a studio (2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa). The rooms was as described, but the sleeper sofa took up the entire extra space. There was not a lot of space for beach things (like toys, bags, etc). We were there for a basketball tournament so it fit our needs. We did enjoy the pools and close beach access."

"Although the guest registration staff was fantastic, the room provided was dirty to the point our kids feet were black, the sofa was soaking wet and an extremely strong smell of mustiness/mildew. They offered another room which was great until we pulled the sheets down on one of the beds and there were blood stains on them. We ended up cancelling our stay which was unfortunate and had sad kids. The process went smoothly because the staff was great."

"Everyone there was very helpful and nice. This hotel was everything the listing said it would be and more. I had a great time and never had to leave the hotel if I don’t want, everything you needed was available inside. The beach was right outside.. Unfortunately for us the beach was under construction but it was still worth every penny sent to stay at this hotel."
