This hotel scammed us. Let me first start by saying I don’t write reviews ever but I hope this helps someone else not lose their money or have to stay in an unsafe situation. We arrived at 11pm after driving for hours and upon arrival we pulled up to the front which looked like a back ally way. The door was locked so I called and was told they would come let us in. Walking in , the place was a disaster and completely under construction. I was reassured that the room would be fine. I had booked a king and double bed for myself, boyfriend and 3 little kids. We opened the elevator and there was ripped plastic skirting jaggedly hanging off the elevator walls and drywall all over it. My kids began crying saying they were scared. Walking down the hallway to the room, there were crosses on the doors, the doors were all open and it seemed that most of the hotel was vacant. Dry wall again , all over the floor of the halls and leading into the room. The room itself only had one bed. We seen the room and left. We were not going to allow our kids to breathe in drywall dust all night and felt unsafe. I asked for my money back at the front desk but was told to request it back from Expedia. Expedia told me I would need to have the hotel approve getting my money back. The hotel would not answer Expedia and would not answer our several attempts to contact them. It looked NOTHING like the picture, there was only one bed and filthy. I do not recommend staying here. We want our money back!
