The young lady that checked me in said I see you requested top floors but we put you on the 2nd floor. One call to the desk from that room and we were switched to the 9th floor. We had no kids with us and booked months in advance. Just not sure why we were put on the 2nd floor to begin with. We...

"Room was updated and clean. The King Oceanview in Pinnacle was a nice layout with mini kitchen and necessary flatware and dishes and icemaker. All plusses. The room was great, AC cold and view was awesome. No complaints on this stay."

"Everything with this hotel was perfect. My only negative experience was getting to the hotel and parking garage, it is bike week so everything was very difficult to get to, which is completely out of their control."

"We stayed for a weekend. It was not perfect, but clean enough. Close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Has a small older condo feel to it. We didn’t go into the new building that sits between the two older ones. I would return. I like having the kitchenette, separate bedroom, great view of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk."

"This was an amazing place we loved our on night stay. We wished we had more time to stay. Rooms were amazing, had a slight smell (wet) but a can of lysol helped. The view from the balcony was incredible! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and clean. The Kitchen was full stocked with dish. We definitely will be back for a longer stay.."

"This was our first time here, and it was my wife and my 30th weddings anniversary. It was very nice, wish the room was a bit cleaner, like all the sand on the floor, always had to wipe off feet before we got on the bed (pretty annoying).. the staff was very accommodating. Overall will probably come back again. "
