"At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...

"Rigtig dejligt ophold i Salzburg. Super placering ud til floden og lige ved en togstation og i absolut gåafstand til centrum. Fint twin-værelse med masser af skabsplads og et fælles køkken/opholdsrum. Enkelt, men meget funktionelt. Dejligt med gratis juice og danskvand på værelset. "Just spend half of my stay in Vienna at the reception of the hotel. Booked and paid the hotel at hotels.com. When we arrived, the girl in the reception claimed that it wasn't paid. I showed her the receipt from hotels.com, but she said she couldn't see the payment in the system. I was told that I should present my credit card, but the amount for the stay would only be reserved. A few days later the money was withdrawn from my account both from hotels.com and from Campus hostel....

"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little...

"Was assigned a wheel chair accessible room, which was fine due to the additional space, however there were no bathroom hooks for towel, and the equipment around the toilet was not in the best shape. We wanted a late check-out, but could not be accomodated completely, as a new hotel guest who required an accessible room would be arriving exactly for our room - I would be surprised if ALL other rooms were occupied, but we were nonetheless placed in the type of room that must be a more limited number of rooms."
