"When we arrived the lobby looked nice and the check-in was fine. However, once we made our way up the stairs, our experience immediately took a turn; the hallway REEKED of piss, making it hard to even breathe. The floor had parts covered up by worn out sheets and overall the staircase and common area were looking rough. Our room was only locked with our keycard, and we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, making us incredibly uncomfortable. Once we were in our room we booked another hotel and...
