Meget positiv total oplevelse.👍😀
Meget centralt beliggende hotel med dejlig udsigt over park og /eller bugt. Busstop uden for døren. Amfibie bus til Elisabeth Castel (must visit!) også udenfor døren! 10 min gang til central busstation og lang og hyggelig forretningsgade med stort udvalg og mange cafe'r og pubs og gode restaurenter. Prisniveau lidt under DK. Vi kommer gerne igen ( samme hotel) Meget venlige og hjælpsomme indbyggere! 3 overnatninger 👍😀🍾

Centralt sted tæt på Opera huset og bycentrum.. hotellet har en dejlig udsigt Elizabeth castle .. hvis man kom op morgen kan fra hotellet gå over til slottet. OBS på tidevandet kan kommer hurtigt. Varmt anbefale en ø rundtur. Undgå fort regent. Der er ikke meget at se der.. hvis man har små børn med vil det nok være godt at komme derop pga. Legelandet .. men ellers ikke noget deroppe. Spisning kan vi anbefale Bohemia en fantastisk middag med gode vine og god service prisniveauet var omkring 200 pund pr person. Ellers book afternoon tea på hotellet men bestil bord da pladsen ved vinduet kan være optaget .. Jersey et dejligt sted med god ro og orden

Staff were all friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The ocean view from our room was a real wow factor. The weather was good so we ate in the Terrac bar, the menu choices were limted but the food delicious, breakfast was superb.

I loved the staff at this property. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone of them had a smiles on their faces at all times. They always acknowledged us in the corridors or dknknv areas. Asked us where we'd been that day, joked with us. The pool, steam, sauna, hot tub were always available and the breakfast room was wonderful.

Every aspect of our three night break at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Perfect location as regards proximity to St Helier's attractions & beyond (bus routes on Jersey easy to access & navigate). Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean, superb view (directly opposite Elizabeth Castle), excellent food and drink. Its not an exaggeration to say that every member of staff modelled the very highest standards of customer care. We would recommend unreservedly - we're already planning our next visit!

Cosy corners to sit in lounge. Lovely view from Champagne lounge across the bay. Plenty of choice on menus. Food always hot & well cooked & presented. All staff are very friendly and attentive.

A superb stay from start to finish. We were greeted and made to feel at home by the professional and friendly staff. All the formalities on arrival were so smoothly done. The rooms were fantastic with views of the bay. The breakfast was excellent with staff that couldn't be more friendly. A wonderful hotel from top to bottom and we will define returning soon

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff, lovely room, beautiful swimming pool and excellent food. The hotel is in a super spot. We chose a deluxe room with an ocean view which was worth paying a little more for.

Good base if you need to be in town and have Parking. Food is excellent, the restaurants are dear though.

We got a nice sea view room on the top floor. The staff were very helpful right around the hotel. It's a lovely location to look across the bay. Lovely breakfasts..... The steps to the leisure facilities might be problematic if you're les mobile ( I wondered if there was an accessible route, but in seeing my husband using a walking stick, nothing was pointed out to us. There appeared to be a turn down service..... which was only provided on one of the three nights we stayed. We didnt know it was a service available; it was just done on our second night...

I am very sorry that nobody pointed out our more accessible route to the Spa area, this other entrance does still contain some steps, but not as many as the main entrance. I am also sorry that the turn down service was only completed on one evening, I am unable to offer an explanation for this but I will look into this. I am however buoyed that you enjoyed the view from the top floor and that you were looked after well by our team. The Grand Hotel was very good, the staff could not do enough for you, breakfast choices and staff was excellent. The spa is very good. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

We loved all the hotel's facilities, particularly the pool & spa, but what made this hotel head & shoulders above others we've stayed in, was the staff - Luke and Sophie especially!
