"Really fantastic communication and attentiveness but lots of things that need work for a great experience. Accuracy of listing, one of the basketball goals was completely broken. Plumbing, there was a leak in the master bathroom that looked to be there for a while along with the shower drain not working as it should. Accommodation, there was little soap/tp/supplies for guests staying longer than 1 nights. Had to make a toilet paper and body wash run, cutting at our vacation time. Comfort, the...

"I liked the condition of the location, however there is no curb appeal. The yard was overgrown and not well kept, not in the best area. Inside the residence, while the floor was clean, new linoleum it was hollow and felt like it would cave in at any point throughout the residence."

"We loved hanging out on the back deck while the dog hunted lizards. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was great. We enjoyed our week here!"

"We had an awesome stay at this property! It could use a little TLC inside and out, but we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable.We were able to park in the garage, which is awesome in the Florida heat. The laundry room was wonderful.
