"Nice and clean. The bathroom door was stuck when we arrived. Couldn't open it at all. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 days, 2 people. We went and bought some from Walmart. "I liked the condition of the location, however there is no curb appeal. The yard was overgrown and not well kept, not in the best area. Inside the residence, while the floor was clean, new linoleum it was hollow and felt like it would cave in at any point throughout the residence."

"Really fantastic communication and attentiveness but lots of things that need work for a great experience. Accuracy of listing, one of the basketball goals was completely broken. Plumbing, there was a leak in the master bathroom that looked to be there for a while along with the shower drain not working as it should.
