"We stayed here for a little less than a week in June-July and it was ideal. Quiet but close enough to walk to downtown Flag and all the shops, restaurants, markets, parks. Dedicated parking was ideal, and the AC unit in the living room was helpful on those hot afternoons. Would absolutely stay here again in the future."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was super cute and quaint—just what we were hoping for. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and it was such a bonus that our corgi Frankie was welcome. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We’d absolutely stay here again!"

"Great location within walking distance from all kinds of cool restaurants and bars. We mostly came for the Grand Canyon but the great location pulled us in to the community. Highly recommended!"

"Property was quiet, clean and roomy, and communication with the host was superb. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the Saturday/Sunday markets and downtown restaurants and shops, and provided easy navigation to snow bowl for an awesome summer gondola ride adventure."

"This was homemade while we visited the observatory, arboretum, Snowbowl, scenic drives, shopping venues and more. Had lots of fun during an escape from desert heat."

"My husband and I only stayed a couple of nights but we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and quiet with beautiful touches of antique furniture. The neighborhood was quiet and the garden beautiful. It was convenient and close to downtown. Jac was very friendly and hospitality. "

"Property was as billed. A great little place to stay and George the owner is a great guy. My wife and I hiked Humphreys Peak, the Grand Canyon and spent a day in Sedona. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the studio, but found it to be everything we needed at a great price. Neighborhood is quiet and the coffee shop on the corner Cedar House Coffee Shop rocks! "

"Great location. A block from the downtown area of Flagstaff. Walking distance to all restaurants, coffee shops and breweries as well as shopping. The balcony and patio are not fancy but perfect for mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and had space for our things. Would recommend for a couples trip or small group. "

"Beautiful, quiet little spot perfect for my pup and I. Lots of pluses- very clean and well-appointed. I especially loved the Turkish towels, the textured sheets, and the shower/water pressure was wonderful. A couple suggestions for improvement - the fire pit area was a great spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine but was badly in need of weeding maintenance. Also, for the price of the place, the tiny undercounted refrigerator/freezer and outdated, broken oven were disappointing. "
