"Very kind and friendly hotel staff. Rooms were nice for the price. We have a large family and the hotel was very accommodating. We had full days of hiking in Flagstaff and exploring the Grand Canyon. Nice place to rest up at the end of our long days."

"The rooms were clean and the linen smelled good. The air conditioner could use some attention, it didnt cool our room to temp we like. Check in was super easy and got to our room within a couple minutes instead of the usual 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Had to change room the first day because the room wasn’t clean. Old used underwear from previous guest was lying around. Old stains on the surfaces. The new room had a stuffed drain, that we had to fix ourself with a plunger that we could borrow. Polite staff - the American way. Good breakfast though. "

"The hotel was very clean. It was a good place to stay with family. The bathroom in our suite didn't feel private because of the layout to the room but it works for couples. The door to the restroom is a sliding frosted door, not visible from the outside so its ok, however it was the only door so no door to the toilet shower area. The closet and room was very nice large space areas and the microwave and Kurig were a plus! Breakfast was great!!"

"Every staff member has been amazing. Front desk, bar/restaurant, and housekeeping personnel have been very friendly and responsive. Beds are comfortable and our room was very clean and well stocked. The decor is a little dated but our stay overall has been great. No complaints!"

"Hands down the nicest hotel experience ive ever had for this price range. Hiking trails clean quiet indoor or outdoor dining. Spacious well appointed room. Large spread out facilities with well groomed landscaping. Its more like a resort."

"Et spændende hotel til en enkelt overnatning, når man er på gennemrejse. Byen er traditionelt en af nøglebyerne på den gamle Route 66, så det var her mange, der over tid har gjort stop her.
Værelserne var okay, men med lidt ældre møbler. Der manglede mulighed for kaffebrugning og stedet tilbyder ikke morgenmad. Ved afrejse fandt vi ud af at de4 kunne hentes kaffe i lobbyen."
