"All amenities and services in the downstairs and foyer area were bright and clean. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Upstairs on level 3 things were rather disappointing. Blinds all closed, no daylight, no air and all biege. The upper levels clearly need some maintenance and an update. In our room, it was tidy and almost clean but there was dust in corners of the room and a random pen lid. The room was very plain and not worth the money for a terrible view with saggy king bed."

"I organised a late check in for 1am due to a late flight. The check in instructions were received, accurate and ensured smooth entry.
I got up to my room only to find the door was wide open. It's pretty uncomfortable for a solo female traveller to arrive at the room with a door wide open, and during the night too when there's no staff onsite.
The room itself was fine. The bed and pillows are comfy, it does the job for a one night stay.
