"I had an amazing stay.. beautiful location and super comfortable apartment hotel with everything that you need to fully relax:) Only two small hiccups.. 1) I wasn’t able to open the balcony door 2) The door was locked (meaning no access to the hotel) when I arrived at the hotel to check in due to earlier closing hours because of Australia Day which nobody from the hotel informed me about - however once I called the hotel number someone came and let me in:)"

"I always choose to stay at this property, the rooms are spacious, everything functions well, it is comfortable and for a single female traveller very safe (this is important for me) What I sometimes forget to mention is the 5 star pillows, linen and towels, it astounds me how some hotel don't see the value in the detail, it definitely is something I consider when staying somewhere which is sleep quality."

"We stayed there twice during our 3-week visit to family in the area. Very convenient location in the Cheltenham shopping area, and close to the train station. We appreciated space to spread out and eat in the apartment. The underground parking is somewhat challenging for larger cars."

No hot water for morning shower. Ran taps for extended period to try to bring hot through. Wasted a lot water doing so.

"We had a unit near the back of the property and we found it very quiet which was great because we were sleeping early and up early. cleaning staff provided fresh towels each day and made sure we had soap refills which was great, however maybe look out for spider webs. Otherwise great place to stay and would stay here again"

There are cafes, restaurants and a great variety of shopping options nearby
The train is super close and runs to Flinders St station so it’s easy to get to Melbourne CBD.
The apartments are comfortable with whatever most people require for a few days visit. Ask for a room away from the train tracks. We heard no train noise there.
