"Suzy was an excellent host! She was very kind and accommodating to our special needs. The guest house is really nicely done! Perfect for our small family and my disabled husband. It exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences with other VRBOS. It’s pretty centrally located too, which was nice. It’s only a 13 minute drive to the Orlando-Sanford airport. I enjoyed the private entrance. The pool was also really nice but unfortunately our stay was too chilly to partake. We will...

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

"The host was easy to contact and the cottage was very cozy with all necessary amenities. The lakeside location was both beautiful and peaceful, especially considering it is so close to 436 and I4. We definitely plan to return. "
