"I am so glad we found this place. It has a unique charm to it versus all the condo listings we saw. Amazing lanai view of the water and a little inlet with tons of turtles. Amenities were great. AC was cool, kitchen was great, everything was clean. We stopped at costco in Lihue and did some cooking. The perfect place if you are looking for something on the south side. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Koloa and Poipu. We loved it."

"Lovely home, just right for family of 4. Magnificent mango tree in the back, dropping fruit on the daily. Walking distance to the beach. AC in the bedrooms was not bad either! "

"5 stars start to finish. Beth and Tina are wonderful hosts, and were accommodating and helpful when our plans and dates changed. The home itself is also perfect. We loved the outdoor spaces where we could relax and read for hours, enjoying the breezes. The location made it so convenient for our favorite beach, less than a 5 min walk to Brenneckes. "

The location is perfect and close to everything. The upstairs screened in balcony was a great place to watch the beautiful Kauai sunsets. We will definitely stay here again. "

"What an incredibly peaceful home, situated right on the water! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is a gem, having such a special spot to call home really made all the difference for our time in Kauai! We were steps from the beach and enjoyed walking to Poipu to check on sea turtles nightly and sitting on the porch at every opportunity to enjoy the sounds & sights of the ocean. "Enjoyed our stay! Loved the screened in porch for meals. Enjoyed sunset every evening at Po'ipu beach park a 5 minute walk. Great hike on the Heritage Trail to Secret Beach. We did day trips to Eleele and Hanapepe, Salt Beach Waimea and Kekaha beach. All in all a fantastic stay. Easy check-in and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. "

"The unit was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. It is located in a great location in Poipu which made it really easy to get around the south side of the island. Please note, check out is 10am (which means the cleaners will be there waiting at 9:50) despite the checkout time on VRBO stating 11am."
