They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. "This was our first VRBO rental and we are happy to say it was an EXCELLENT experience. The property was exactly as promoted, clean, well-appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood.
