We have never stayed in such an unsympathetic place before, we should have followed our first impulse and found another place, but that's how it is once in a while when you give people a chance.
On arrival, we ask to be let into Reception for check-in, but are turned away by a person standing behind a thick glass window who thinks that the place is as safe as the hotel on the other side of the street, which did not have this security measure.

"The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the shower was nice looked newly remodeled. The property had stuff piled up all over the sidewalk and the area is in a kind of bad side of Stockton blvd. "

"This is an older motel with no modern conveniences but it was cleaned each day with fresh towels and the bed was made daily even though we spent six nights there. We will definitely return in the future on our next visit to our son.

"I highly recommend this property 5 mins drive to Red Hawk casino!! just next door to Dennys Carls Jr and 10 mins walk to a plaza safeway..dollar store Bank of america so convenient!!!Building looks old but the room was clean and shower pressure was great Bed so Comfortable with microwave and refrigerator.I will definitely will keep on coming back!Great value place to stay"

"Dejligt rummeligt værelse med fin plads til hele familien! Pool område fint, dog ret slidte pool-møbler. Morgenmad var incl i pris, meget basic men vi blev mætte! Dejligt område, tæt på Folsom Lake, og med et hyggeligt town center med fine restauranter! En god oplevelse!"

"Our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Folsom Sacramento was beyond great. We were welcomed by Sam at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, the staff were courteous, the facility was clean, and the overall complex was welcoming. This will now be our go-to place to stay whenever we are in the area. "

"This property doesn’t try to be another common “luxury” farce. Instead it’s very clean, the restaurant on site was reasonable and the food and service was excellent. I’m in my 80s and could have used a bellman but I didn’t see one so probably should have asked. I would stay again. "

Et dejligt sted hvis den står på afslapning, ellers er der ikke så mange muligheder i lokalområdet, medmindre man kører til Sacramento.
