"Clean, well renovated, great views, good parking. I would stay here again outside of the construction months. Listing was a little confusing on construction noise. It stated construction would start in February but there was massive noise in January. Usually wouldn't mind but troubling for a 7 month old baby. "

"Perfect location to experience Waikiki for those that don't want to pay big resort fees. The place was clean and we enjoyed cooking most of our own meals. Parking is included, which is fantastic. Target is a five minute walk, which makes it easy to grab groceries. The beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have as well.The biggest opportunity for improvement is communication with the host. "The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. "This was an excellent place to stay in Oahu! I highly recommend this property for your stay. Very close to EVERYTHING! Beach view from the balcony, a 2 block walk to the beach and the sand chairs, umbrella & cooler were very convenient and came in handy many times. There was snorkel gear as well, but we didn’t take advantage of that. So many restaurants within walking distance too. Target and local Waikiki Market as well to pick up things for the room. Although it is a small unit, I would rate it well above average and very comfortable for one or two persons.
