Private ferieboliger i South Naples

"This house was perfect for us this weekend! The host was very accommodating, I arrived in Naples early and was fortunate to be able to snag an early check in! The house was clean and comfortable. No complaints! Loved that the house was on a dead end, it was very quiet."

"Good communication Decent location Accurate listing"

"We had a great visit. Quiet and well kept."

"Everyone was fine & as described. "

"This property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts thoughtfully provided amenities that greatly enhanced our beach experience, including coolers, umbrellas, and beach chairs. The in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, offered significant convenience. Its prime location also contributed to a truly enjoyable stay."

"Great stay, very clean, and felt at home"

"The house was immaculate. Even though the house appears small and older on the outside it is very spacious, modern and well decorated on the inside. Everything felt brand new. The lanai and pool were my absolute favorite. It felt like being in my own small private resort. "

"This is a great property! Even better than the photos. Clean. Great location. And a fenced-in backyard which makes it super convenient if you have a dog."

"House is very spacious and well appointed. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and showers meant everyone could shower and change after a day at the beach and be ready for dinner in no time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots and pans, utensils. Owner did not skimp. Mateo was a fabulous communicator. Location is near everything - no more than 10- to 15-minute drive. Pool is warm and clean and there are some pool toys provided. Parents of smallones probably would like how close...

"Muy excelente todo."

"Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood."

"Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. Two things...

"If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. This house was the cleanest I have ever seen in my many VRBO experiences. Recently updated, great location. So many personal touches that let you know the owner cares. Each bedroom had its own basket on the bed with towels, tooth brush and tooth paste. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each shower. Coffee bar with coffee supplied. Bonus hot tub. The owner Cindy is fantastic and responds so fast. If you are considering this house, do not...

"Joe, the host, was quickly responsive to our inquiries. The house was spacious, well-equipped with modern appliances, nicely appointed bathrooms, private backyards, even a pool table."
