"Very clean place. All the appliances were modern and in good working condition. The A/C was strong and kept the temperature nice and comfortably cool during the entire stay. Good value on a cozy little place. The house is up on stilts and has an adult treehouse kind of feel to it. Towels, bathrooms, kitchen ware, and sheets were all very clean. "Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder.
