"Perfect home base location for our needs this trip. Nice to have a pool to take a dip in and/or sit by vs. heading to the beach for the day. Although we did go to Bonita Beach, Lovers Park and Little Hickory beach and found parking easily. Close to Naples, Marco Island, Everglades and the airport. Ample restaurants to chose from as well close by. Would highly recommend. We stayed for a week. "

"Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me."

"The Studio is a gem! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cruiser bikes are all very appreciated. As is the stocked kitchen, cold AC, washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a couple. It’s a great value at a fraction of the cost of hotels on the beach. Highly recommend. "

"The house was as described, overall clean. Hot tub was nice and we used it at night. The bikes left in the garage to use, tires were flat, pump there but not the right kind for the bike. wanted to use the grill but did not work to light it. The few minor things like dirty shower curtain was remedied by a email to the owner/company. The broken hair dryer also remedied by same email. both things arrived at house by amazon delivery.
