Uber is the main transportation used in Naples to get you around from point A to point B since is cheap and the location is in your favor. If you decide to rent a car for your stay in Naples you would enjoy free parking or premises and around Naples everywhere you go.

The backyard is shared with only one Villa that may or may not be rented. You will have your own private patio and seating area, it is all separated.
Our philosophy is that if we can share a pool in a hotel or a community with hundreds of people, why not with only one more Villa? It may be a very pleasant experience.
The backyard includes a pool, fire pit, BBQ, gazebo by the pool, and multiple games and the whole backyard lights up at night for a magical atmosphere.
UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT - In order to prepare the space for subsequent guests, standard check-out time is strict at 11 AM. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $100. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the HOST.


Gatherings and Parties are strictly forbidden. Unauthorized Gatherings and parties will be penalized with $300. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund.

- UNAUTHORIZED PETS - Even though we understand pets are part of the family, unfortunately, pets are now allowed. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600.

- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present.


- An additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.



INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto. GUEST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the HOST, Employees, Officers, Contractors and/or Property owner harmless from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of GUEST use of the premises or items therein.

GUEST agrees to indemnify and save HOST harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premises by the GUEST, tenants, or visitors of guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises.

GUEST assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the lease for the period stated and assures the HOST full recourse for the payment of any amount outstanding from the total amount due in accord with the terms as stated above including any outstanding or unpaid charges that are the responsibility of GUEST.
