"I stayed at the hotel during the very cold days that hit Florida in January and February 2026. It was very cold and the room had no heating at all. Even worse, the room had a balcony that was unusable because the exhaust to a mobile airconditioning unit was taped to the door. The door was opened and a piece of plastic was wedged in between then taped up. Because of this the cold could get in very easily as it was basically an open door that could not be closed. "Lovely hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff, and a nice and spacious room! Only downside was, that there was a lot of loud noise one night, from an angry person/guest yelling in the building (couldn't figure out excactly from where), which held us up 4 hours in the middle of the night... But nice area and great atmosphere at the hotel in general... We went to hotel Victor, the sister-hotel, to check out the pool area, which is nice to have as an opportunity, if yoy wanna go for a little...
