"It was perfect, close to my local family, perfect for a relaxing evening. Couple of things to know, this are a bit small, not 100% sure the one room is a queen, felt more like a full size bed. I will happily stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful time."

"We were in Austin for an event at St Edwards University, which is an easy walk. The space is well designed woth 3 small bedroms which all had space for personal belongings. Common are is spacious and very comfortable, and kitchen is well desogned with everything we wanted. Especially appreciate the starter coffee packages! Host was very responsive to questions. We very much enjoyed our time there."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Glass Treehouse. The pictures really didn't do it justice. The location couldn't have been more perfect as well - just a quick walk to the Barton Springs/Creek, and a short Uber ride into Downtown Austin. The best of both worlds! Lisa was super accommodative and a great communicator - made an early check-in/late check-out happen for our group. Hope to be able to stay there again soon."

"Our family had an amazing stay in Eugene’s house! He communicated well and was quick to respond to messages. He went above and beyond our expectations when he picked up and delivered a rice cooker for us to use. The house is spacious and well laid out with a lot of different sleeping areas and sitting areas. The long dining table was great for seating all 12 of us. My boys also enjoyed the tent, hammock, swimming pool, and play set in the backyard. We would definitely stay again!"

"When we arrived the property was not ready. However, the team responsible sent cleaners over and fixed the issue in a few hours. Otherwise we had a great stay in a comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood. Readily accessible by foot to all of the attractions on S 1st and for walkers out to Ladybird Lake, the Congress St Bridge and DT Austin. There's a nature trail on Bouldin Creek right across the street. With one bathroom maybe just family but our kind and patient friends didn't mind sharing."

"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient to many of the amenities in South Austin. It was only a six-minute walk to Barton Springs Pool!"

"With as many people as we had and with various ages, we needed to use the screened in porch every day. It was so dirty that two of us had to sweep, dust and take the cushions out to beat the dirt out of them. There were ants and two people were bit. Otherwise the home was clean inside."

"My wife and some friends and I stayed in this house to view the total eclipse on April 8th. We had a fantastic time! We appreciated all the small details in getting the home ready for us. There were even eclipse glasses set out for us to use!"

"We just spent one night. The owners were very responsive- they gave us an early check in, so we could get ready for a mid afternoon wedding. We had a slight hiccup with getting in- they were very quick to correct the situation. The place was very quiet for a city spot- I usually use ear plugs, but forgot them this trip. Slept great anyway! Bed was comfy, towels were fluffy. Not fancy, but very nice."

"Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. Thank you for that! In the evening we enjoyed the view of downtown from the balcony. Beautiful! The pool area is...
