Master Bedroom (Sleeps 3)
Welcome to the spacious Master Bedroom! This room features a comfortable double bed and a convenient sofa bed accommodating an additional guest. Enjoy ample space and relaxation ensuring a restful stay after a day of exploration.

Second Bedroom (Sleeps 3)
Relax in the coziness of our second bedroom, equipped with two inviting single beds, which can be zipped together to create a comfortable double bed. This room is perfect for friends or family members seeking comfort and tranquility during their stay. An additional sofa bed can accommodate an additional guest.

The Living Room doubles as an extra sleeping space with a comfy sofa bed, providing a restful night for an additional guest.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide are of the highest quality.

Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms, two are ensuite, and the other is a guest toilet accessible from the living area.

Also included is a guest toilet.

Kindly note that lift is not available in the property.

The ferry service offers picturesque rides to Valletta, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the Grand Harbor. It's a delightful way to reach the capital city and explore its historical sites, charming streets, and cultural attractions.

For those who prefer driving, Sliema has car rental services available for convenient exploration of Malta at your own pace. However, please note that parking in Sliema can be challenging due to limited spaces and high demand.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

9. No additional guests who is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
