"Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

"The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend....

"Our stay was during the wildfires which was tragic. However I have encountered such a professional staff. They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. "We LOVED Hono Koa! So much so we didn’t want to leave. We are a family of five and two bedroom and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. "I love this resort. We stayed in the other side last time and I do feel like it was nicer and newer. Each one is a little different. I was told at check in that we would have housekeeping every day. We did not. I had to call down a few times to get things cleaned. They came and did it. But there was a lack of communication there. The beach is great here.
