"I rented a two-bedroom unit. The bedrooms and living room were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The view was great, and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable."

"Ocean view was visible from our room. The balcony was very small. The bed was comfortable. AC was on point~ The restaurant in the hotel is so overpriced for what you get. Way better food and prices just a few minutes down the road. The pool was my favorite spot! Bring a hammock floaty, and you will be in heaven, soaking up the sun! The options they offer outside is amazing! "

"Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside."

"Great location. Rooms a bit old. Only one bed and the sleeping could was not suited for sleeping as you could feel every single spring, so not a comfortable sleep. Great children’s pool and also another one for adults. Right at the beach which was a very nice one and also 10 minutes from Whalers Village and another beach and bay in opposite direction with turtles swimming."

" The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...

"Room was absolutely clean and gorgeous. Bigger than we expected. It was clean and accessible to pool. Concierge was very responsive and helpful. Only callout is they provided only 2 sets of mini toiletries and our family stayed for almost a week. "

"Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"
