"Lovely views of the South Beach harbor and easy access to the Salty Dog. The property may have recently switched owners? Furniture looked new, beds were comfy but it needs a bit of maintenance. Cabinets and drawers had loose screws that we re-attached. Walls need some painting and vents need cleaning. But very clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay. . "

"Lovely place, great location near shops. Bikes were perfect for riding to and from the beach and Harbor Town. Pretty back patio overlooking the golf course. I also appreciated Jessica’s detailed information both before and during our stay. "

"We were in Hilton Head for the state tennis tournament. The location in Sea Pines was perfect. So close to the Shoppes at Sea Pines for wonderful dinners. I was able to ride my bike everywhere and I could walk to watch my husband play tennis."

"Takes care of your basic needs - beds were comfortable, could use some more seating for 4 plus a baby to sprawl out in the living room. We had a great time and loved the location!"

"The floors were not clean and we had hair clogging the drain in the master shower upon move in. Rug in family room needs cleaning Small 5 cup coffee pot. Otherwise was a great place to stay."

"It doesn’t get better than looking out at the harbor and the unit had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was not very clean. The shower had hair in it from the previous tenants, the floors were not swept well and on our last day after our son struggling with allergies all week we discovered a substantial amount of black mold in multiple areas. The door to the unit needs repairs and parts of the ceiling are peeling off. Just not what I expect when paying such a high rental fee. We have stayed...
