Det er et gammelt hus, så det er ret lydt. Der var en der havde værelset over os, og man kunne høre næsten alt. Derudover var det ret beskidt ude på badeværelset.

"Honestly, this is the spot. New beautiful area in Downtown Savannah. It's located on the river, so it's a pretty walk to the main area. They also provide bikes and free cars from and to hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great food and drinks and the pool is a real treat. You gotta stay here, you're welcome! :) "

"Awesome staff…very courteous. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location was amazing. Located in walking distance from the boat dock, and the historic district. The free breakfast buffet was very good. "

"Un posto eccellente! Colorato e pulito, richiama i colori caldi del Sud! Molto disponibili: siamo arrivati in largo anticipo e abbiamo avuto in pochi minuti la camera. Stanza spaziosa, pulita: hotel a due passi dal centro storico e dal visitor centre. Piccole attenzioni che fanno piacere: bevanda e dolcetto di benvenuto, ciambelle (donut) e caffè/te per la colazione. Consigliatissimo"

"We had a great experience at River Street Inn. We loved the location and points of interest were easily walkable. Also lots of dining and shopping options along River Street. Hotel and room were very clean. It is a historic building and they have kept it up very well. The daily manager's reception was an added plus - complimentary drinks and appetizers! Coffee, popcorn and candy also available in the lobby for guests. Would definitely stay here again."

"Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service. "

"The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is fine - but there is not so much space to eat for the many people that the hotel can accommodate.
I have seen that others have written that towels were missing in the room. We experienced that too. They were removed, and then we had to go down to reception ourselves and get new ones. It wasn't a problem, but we haven't experienced it in a hotel before ;-)
There is quite a bit of unrest around the hotel, so if you want a quiet hotel, you probably shouldn't stay here.
BUT at the reception was a young man. His name is Jo/Joe and he was absolutely fantastic :-) Sweet and polite with a good sense of humor, happily fetched us towels, reassured us about the impending hurricane and was really good at small talk. The hotel is very lucky that they have him employed. He really is a star :-)"
