He was very kind and made it work, but this hotel, as well as the entire neighborhood around it, is completely run down and looks as if the town was shut down a decade ago. "For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it.
Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"We wanted a hotel near the airport and found this hotel. It was our first stay there but not the last. Very friendly and helpful staff and rooms look like they are new.
Can only give this hotel our best recommendations. "
"I was not overly impressed. I booked a "one-bedroom apartment". Clean, quiet, all was there. But there is no windows looking out, so wven though I was on the 6th floor, I might as well have stayed in a basement.
If you are only there to sleep, then it is a very comfortable place, but for longer stays make sure you have a window looking out.
Also, the kitchen was hardly fully equipped. One pan, one pot, one fork, one spoon, one knife, some chopsticks, a rice cooker and some plates was all I had to work with. So if you need/wish to cook your own food, look elsewhere."

"Not an expensive place but expected better based on the prior reviews. Beds are pretty worn (feel the springs), the highway and airport noise constant. Have stayed in other places around the airport that offer better accommodation for the same price and more attentive clerks. Not planning to be back. "
"We enjoyed 18 nights at this hotel. We had a two room apartment and there was plenty of room for us. The apartment is a bit outdated but there is cleaning everyday and it is practical. We missed some outdoor furniture to enjoy the view from the small balcony. Great pool and friendly staff. A bit noisy sometimes but we don’t think it is much compared to “the old town”. We would go back. "
