We missed some outdoor furniture to enjoy the view from the small balcony. Great pool and friendly staff. A bit noisy sometimes but we don’t think it is much compared to “the old town”. " This is an outstanding hotel. Without exception the staff were absolutely wonderful - couldn’t be more helpful and friendly from start to finish. The accommodation was fantastic too and our bed was so comfortable we were reluctant to leave it! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and the location was also superb as it’s so central and part of the lovely Old Quarter of Hanoi.
We will definitely stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future. Meanwhile will recommend to all our friends and family."
