"Lidt slidt hotel, men venligt personale får det til at fungere. Vi fik en rimelig, god middag, god morgenmad. Men det er personalets fortjeneste at det var en god oplevelse."

"Da vi ankom var der en meget ubehagelig kvinde i receptionen. Og vores kort til værelset virkede kun en dag af gangen . Det var mug på badeværelse. Sengene var fine der var kun håndklæder til 2 personer selvom vi var 3 og sådan var det hver gang vi fik rengøring.
Personalet i restauranten om morgenen var helt fantastiske hele tiden utrolig service minded og hjælpsomme både de almindelige og chefen .
Dem i receptionen var ikke i nærheden af at ville hjælpe med noget som helst. "

"Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Secure gated rear parking area available, perfect for our motorbikes. Arrived quite late in the evening, left early so didn’t eat there, but did enjoy a nice pint of real ale when we arrived at 10pm. Great for an overnight stop to break our journey. "

"Exactly as website reviews state. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good parking and reasonable priced. We would definitely stay again, as well as I would highly recommend this place. Plus we had a really good night’s sleep as the bed was really comfortable. "

"This was a fantastic stay from the clean rooms, great AC, and great breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and bar. Everything was super clean and was the highlight of our stay. The interior design was really interesting with the features in the room and design. Would stay here again if I'm next in town."

"Wonderful hotel in a nice location.
The breakfast could be better, and a bit annoying that you could not fill your own plate in the buffet. The wifi in our room was unusable, but fine in other parts of the hotel.
Lots of good dinner options nearby. "

"A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it.
We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester.
We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good."

"A beautiful, peaceful stay! So much space and goregous natural light streaming through sash windiws in the morning.
The rooms are in an historic, listed building, so there are quirks and without the radiators it can be chilly, so if staying in the winter months consider bringing a cosy dressing gown to wrap up in, especially after a relaxing soak in the huge bathtub.
The coffee machine and chocolates were a wonderful treat. As was waking up right in the city centre. "

"Rigtigt fint hotel med super beliggenhed. Vi rejste med tog og skulle til koncert, og placeringen var perfekt for det. Rigtig god service og god morgenmad. "
