"Hotel is pretty new. Very clean. Room is a little small. Booked superior twin room. Was allocated room on 9th floor which had a beautiful view of the sea. Difficult to hve 2 luggages opened. Very good location about 7 mins walk from Otaru station. When we arrived Otaru it was raining hard, so took taxi to hotel which costs 700 yen. Hotel is also within walking distance (10mins) to Sakaimachi street Otaru canal. Lots of eateries near hotel. Behind hotel is Sushi dori (sushi street).. lots o...

"今回は大人3人子供ふたりで宿泊しました。 中は出入口が和でもっと中は今どきでした。 日本人が宿泊するのでチェックインもご飯もみんな早くついていました。 外国人のスタッフさんですが日本語も英語も対応もとても良かったです。 あとは他のクチコミに書いてある通りです。"

"Det er et godt hotel, med god beliggenhed. Vi havde et skønt hjørne værelse med udsigt til havet. Vi havde valgt dette hotel, fordi der stod, at der var udendørs tagterrasse. Det var derfor en stor skuffelse, at den var lukket. Det ødelagde en del for os. Restauranten var desuden lukket om aftenen. "

"The hotel is located very centrally - only one block away from the Otaru canal. The immediate area featured tons of dining options. The room was small but very clean and functional. My only very minor complaint is that there is no coffee maker in the room. Everything else was great and I would definitely stay there again. "

"The location was interesting and I enjoyed the night walks at the canal. It is admittedly a bit far, hard to walk especially in the snow, but just take note of the bus timings!"

"オーナーが元気いっぱいな方でこちらもパワーをいただけるようでした。タオルは販売形式です。大正湯が一階にあります。宿泊者は300円で利用できるようです。鍵に百人一首の札がついてるのがオシャレです。（北海道の百人一首なので木の札です、懐かしい笑）ツインルームのお部屋は収納棚がたくさんあって便利、冷蔵庫、鏡、ありがたい。ハンガーでかける場所もたくさんあってよかった。テレビがBS、CS見れて楽しめた。金額がとても良心的なのでまた利用したいです。みなともちの煮込み団子は徒歩で買いに行ける距離、最高😀"
