"Our room/floor was very quiet, clean and well appointed. Desk staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at and the set up is superb. We live in the blue ridge mountains and come to Richmond a couple times a year. This is our favorite spot and really feel comfortable at this hotel."

"We've stayed in this hotel many times over the years and I've always been satisfied. This time we were very disappointed that they now charge for parking at the hotel. The price of the hotel per night is a little steep so we feel like it was just another way for them to pinch off more money. We will not be staying there again, too many nice places right around the same hotel that do not charge for parking."

"The stay at Drury Plaza was ok. The rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints there.
But the breakfast buffet was very bad and uninspiring. There were, apart from apples and bananas, no fresh vegetables nor fruit. The bomuld eggs were clearly not freshly cooked at the hotel, but from a bucket/jar.
I would suggest going for a bit more ingredients - and just fresh food. Not all that processed food.
We did not try the evening buffet for this reason."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; however, I would like to note that the air conditioning in the building was not operational, which resulted in an uncomfortable heat. Additionally, the elevator service was quite slow. Despite these issues, I found my experience to be very positive and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you."

"My first room 501 was in perfect condition. Due to the thunderstorm, my power was flickering in my room, and my TV went out. The front desk said to give it 20 minutes, so I waited about an hour, and the TV was still not working. I requested a new room, she put me on the second floor room 208, and that room looked used and not very clean. Bed had stains, towels looked touched, counters weren't wiped, the coffee machine was dirty, toilet seat was up and slightly dirty. I requested 3rd or 4th floor...
