"Gammelt nedslidt hotel. Vores værelse var beskidt. Kaffepletter på vægge, sengebetræk og møbler. Papirstynde vægge og rigtig meget larm fra forskellige folk der skændtes på gangen gennem hele natten. Ville aldrig anbefale det og vil aldrig bo her igen."

"I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge."

Eneste minus var en ikke så behagelig lugt på gangene, men værelset i sig selv var rent og lugtede ikke. Vil helt sikkert benytte hotellet igen, hvis turen går til Richmond"
