"Gammelt nedslidt hotel. Vores værelse var beskidt. Kaffepletter på vægge, sengebetræk og møbler. Papirstynde vægge og rigtig meget larm fra forskellige folk der skændtes på gangen gennem hele natten. Ville aldrig anbefale det og vil aldrig bo her igen."

I almost checked out right after checking in. The entrance doors had an obnoxious alarm sound the entire stay (4 days). The pool had green algae on the sides of the tiles, they ran out of pool towels (and sheets as I overheard a guest asking the front desk for sheets), the first aid kit in the pool room was...

"There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed."

"During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. We had made a reservation for a room with two beds, it it was late when we arrived and they put us up in two single rooms w/o giving us a hard time or charging us anymmore money. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected.
