"We always love staying at Edgewater!!"

"The villa was stocked with all you need to get your vacation started. It was a short walk to the nearest pool and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, you can catch the tram for a faster trip if you desire. The villa was very quiet at night which made sleeping that much easier after a day at the beach and enjoying the hot sun. Our only 1 complaint would be the shower had little flow coming from it."

We loved everything here; beautiful property, clean, just as described, a few steps away from the beach, multiple pools to choose from, tennis court, gym etc!We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment! "A couple of friends and I were in town for the weekend and stayed at Dawn's lovely Bahama Beach location. It was great for us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, great proximity to the activities we wanted to do and excellent communication from Dawn. Check-in and check-out were easy. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We were wishing we had more time there! "

"The location was fantastic - it is right on a quiet stretch of the Panama City beach and has many convenient restaurants and stores nearby. The back patio was the best part as it has plenty of seating, a grill, path to the beach, and showers. We sat out there every morning and evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "
