• Guests have full access to the entire property, including all amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Relax in the soothing hot tub or take advantage of the outdoor grill for a perfect barbecue evening.



• As we are in the mountains, cable isn`t available. Bring your own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming service login and enjoy.



• There is parking for three vehicles on the level, paved driveway, along with security cameras for your security.



While I won`t be there in person, you can message me through the app 24/7.

🚌 Trolley Service – Budget-friendly rides connect Pigeon Forge (15 min away) to Dollywood, shopping, and Gatlinburg.



🚖 Rideshare & Taxis – Uber, Lyft, and local taxis offer convenient alternatives if you don’t want to drive.

● Outdoor Grill

A large, covered park-style grill is available for guest use. Please bring your own charcoal and dispose of ash in the provided ash can.



● Trash Disposal

All trash should be securely bagged and placed in the bear-proof container, ensuring the latch is locked. If the bins are full, contact us for removal.



● Wildlife Awareness

Bears and critters roam the area—do not feed or approach them. Keep car windows up, doors locked, and avoid leaving food in your vehicle.



● Security

Exterior security cameras monitor the front door and parking area. Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Travel Insurance is recommended for cancellations outside the free period.
