"Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Secure gated rear parking area available, perfect for our motorbikes. Arrived quite late in the evening, left early so didn’t eat there, but did enjoy a nice pint of real ale when we arrived at 10pm. Great for an overnight stop to break our journey. "

"Wonderful one night stay, the room was beautifully appointed with an extremely comfy bed and plenty of pillows.
Great spacious bathroom facilities with a marvellous shower and plenty of toiletries.
Easy to walk to from Leicester train station.

"Wonderful hotel in a nice location.
The breakfast could be better, and a bit annoying that you could not fill your own plate in the buffet. The wifi in our room was unusable, but fine in other parts of the hotel.
Lots of good dinner options nearby. "

30+ degrees and people begin to build up in reception. After 3pm it’s chaos for staff trying to check everyone in at once.
3 knocks at that door in the morning by housekeeping, presumably trying to turf customers out so they can squeeze another £15 out of someone."

"Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly.
Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."

"Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road.
Recommend property and would stay again."

We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us.
We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness.
The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable.

"Rigtigt fint hotel med super beliggenhed. Vi rejste med tog og skulle til koncert, og placeringen var perfekt for det. Rigtig god service og god morgenmad. "
