This fabulous 5 Bedroom/4Bath home has something for everyone! Walk out your back gate onto Boardwalk #5. You are steps from having your toes in the sand, on the island's 4 miles of private beach. Ride bikes to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest or Island House for dinner, or to Seabrook Island's two championship golf courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks. Need a break from it all, we have you covered - Relax in your own salt water private pool!

Once inside most of your living is on one floor. There is an open concept for the main living space. The great room flows into the dining area. There is a 42" Smart TV. Hang out at the dining table and enjoy family meals and reliving the great beach day you shared. The kitchen has pass throughs to both living and dining areas. In the kitchen you will find custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop. The kitchen is fully stocked for any family chef to enjoy. All of the main areas of the home have Australian Cypress floors, ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings. Off the dining area is a screen porch. Listen to the gentle waves rolling in the distance.

There are two separate bedroom wings to this house. To the left of the front entrance are two guest rooms. The first has a queen bed and private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to the screen porch. A second guest room has two twin beds. There is a full bath off the hallway with pedestal sink and tub/shower combo. The laundry is tucked behind louvered doors in the hallway. Off to the right of the main entry are two more bedrooms. The main master has a king bed. A second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share the full bath with dual sink vanity and large walk-in shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Roku TVs for streaming. Head up the stairs off the entry and find a great bunk room space. This makes a great kid's hangout space - two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and lofted to below.

Head down the spiral staircase and you are pool side! The large salt water pool will cool off the whole family. Grill at the outdoor kitchen. A propane grill with burner, utility sink and beverage refrigerator are set in field stone and topped with tile. Hang out on one of the four bar stools. A large dining table with umbrella seats 8. Next to the pool and kitchen area is the covered porch. Comfortable couches, a ceiling fan and TV are the perfect spot for relaxing! You will also find an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

This is a true vacation beach home, providing amenities for the whole family! Leave your worries behind and let the vacation begin! This amazing home has it all. Whether you sit by the pool, walk to the beach, or ride your bike to the Beach Club pools, it is perfectly located. What a wonderful place for families and friends to stay while making fabulous Seabrook Island memories. This pool cannot be heated.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

As of 5/1/25: This rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets NOT allowed

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
