"The kitchen definitely needs a few items...it was a bit stark. The TVs didn't work, but we called and they came to fix right away. There is a definite "bug" problem...large palmetto bugs, we killed about 6. Overall a very attractive property and very comfortable. Great Location tho a tiny bit noisy in the am..(probably can't be avoided given the location)...I would recommend. "

"Parking was very inconvenient, far and difficult in light of getting our stuff up into the unit and out at the end of our stay. Construction was intense along the street and loud. The unit itself was clean and pretty well stocked. Never saw the bikes that came with the unit. "

"This property worked well for our family group in town for graduation weekend. The house is bright and spacious and has everything you'd likely need, including washer and dryer. The parking spot was big enough for a medium sedan and a large SUV. The location is great for walking to cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and historical sites. The neighborhood is beautiful and just far enough off King to avoid the noise. The house is showing it's age and rental status in places but nothing that...

"We enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The property is conveniently located just off King Street, close enough to walk to our favorite restaurants, shops, and South of Board but still relatively quiet from street noise. The unit is cute, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed the two-story layout having the bedroom and living space on different areas. Reserved parking is a major perk and a quick walk down to the end of the block. The outdoor space is cute, quiet, and secluded. Loved the little...

"Great location within walking distance of downtown. Beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with consumables which was great! We did not have to run to the store as plenty of essentials were provided. We brought our dog along and found a nice grassy patch around the corner for her. Lots of construction around the house toward King St, but they are making great improvements to the area. It wasn't too bothersome, especially with ear plugs! "

"The communications with Host and team were excellent and much appreciated. While we didn't plan to rent a car on this trip, the off-street parking was a great. feature. It was a short walk from the house to the Visitor Center and we were able a to board the free buses to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfasts "at home" and we did use the patio and firepit at the end of the evenings. It was a lovely spot for our girl's weekend, birthday celebration."

"Had a wonderful stay at The Sunrise!. We had three couples so having three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was a huge plus. The location was also great. We definitely would rent this place again.Though the parking space in the back is pretty tight, it was nice to not have to worry about on street parking or paying to park.We would definitely rent this place again!"
