"We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. The home is very clean, it is lovely, the location is great, the kitchen is well stocked, management company process was very smooth, etc. We hope to stay here again."

"This VRBO was perfect for my family on a get away to a beautiful Kiawah. The beach is a safe 2 min walk along one of the trails. You cannot ask for closer. Apartment was well stocked with all you need, including beach chairs etc. Owner readily followed up on any queries. I want to book again!"

"Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"Check in and check out instructions were clear. The house was clean and more than enough room for the 2 of us(6 people would be more than comfortable). Also location was great. "A beautifully appointed house with updated everything. Really enjoyed the views and the beach. The area was very busy over the weekend, but the weekdays were nice and quiet. We even got to see the dolphins in the mornings! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"The house itself is older but well maintained inside. The outside needs attention. Lots of broken furniture in the yard and appeared things had not been picked up after the last storm. The views are absolutely amazing, the location is great. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely return."
