Welcome to 2565 The Haul Over, a stunning coastal getaway located in the heart of Seabrook Island, SC. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers a luxurious retreat with breathtaking golf course views. Perfect for families or groups, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with ample space and modern amenities. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, ensuring a memorable stay for all who visit.

Open the door and find a stunning open floor plan with meticulous decorating! The great room has plenty of comfortable furniture for the family to gather - be entertained watching the 65" Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining area, with seating for 6. Or take advantage of the outdoor grill and dine al fresco on the uncovered deck. The screen porch has a vaulted ceiling with sky-lights, and ceiling fans ushering in the low-country breezes. For those needing to work from home or just seeking some down time, the den is a great retreat. It also offers overflow sleeping on the Queen sofa sleeper.

The home features three en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath, and direct access to the deck. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, en-suite bath, and Smart TV, with the second bedroom also offering deck access. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two twin beds and a Smart TV. There is a full hall bath

For your convenience, the home includes essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and ample parking. Safety features like smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and outdoor lighting ensure peace of mind during your stay.

This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

The house was beautiful. We had a couple of issues, but it was resolved very quickly. I would stay at this beauitgul home again. We had 10 people and we were comfortable and not on top of each other.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! It comfortably slept our entire family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The property was spotless, and the big kitchen was perfect for preparing meals together. The bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. We loved the location—just a 30-minute walk to the beach club or a quick 5-minute drive. It was the ideal spot for our family to gather and make memories. Highly recommend!
