Located in the North Beach neighborhood, the house is a quick 5 minute bike ride to the Beach Club area, and Island House - home to Seabrook Island's two golf courses.
The first floor has three bedrooms including the master, each with en suite bathrooms and a wraparound porch. The master has a king bed and separate sitting area with work desk. A large Smart TV is the perfect entertainment toy. Sliders from the sitting area lead out to the large wrap around back deck. The master bath ceramic tile floors, double sink granite topped vanity, large walk-in shower and soaking tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, Smart TV for streaming only and its own en-suite bath, with granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom features two twin beds and direct access to the hall bath. This bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Head upstairs to the living spaces and fourth bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, and cooktop island. The casual dining area is also in the kitchen area. There is a large table with seating for 10. Sliders from the dining area lead you out to the roomy screen porch and beyond that the back deck. The screen porch has both a seating and dining area. Dine al fresco while listening to the gentle ocean waves in the distance or enjoy cocktails and a recap of the day's events while gathering with the family. Expansive outdoor space for enjoying the ocean breezes can be found on the back deck. There is a gas grill provided for vacation BBQs. This beautiful home's great room is the central hub: vaulted ceilings, fireplace (decorative only!) and access through sliders to the screen porch and deck. Large sofas and Smart TV provide comfortable seating for the whole family. Off of the great room is another casual dining area. It makes a perfect spot for doing some afternoon work or a family card game in the evening.
The rest of the top floor is home to a fourth guest bedroom or secondary master suite which also has a Smart TV for streaming only. This room has a king bed, as well as a Daybed. There is also a work area, if you need to bring business to your vacation spot. The bath can be accessed from the bedroom or main living area. Beautiful ceramic tiled floor and a granite topped vanity, along with a tub/shower combo. A laundry room with full size appliances sits just outside the fourth bedroom and bath.
This property is pet friendly for (2) dogs - Additional fees apply per dog. So bring the pups on vacation too! Our pet friendly beaches welcome your four-legged family member.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
As of 10/23/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
