Clean, Modern Beach house on Golf Course

Under new rental management!! Professional pictures are on their way but we are just sharing some photos as an advance sneak peak into this lovely island getaway.

This beach home nestled off the fairway under the ancient oaks is brand new to our inventory and we are super excited. Super clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully decorated with modern and classic decor, Guests adore this absolutely charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Seabrook Island home. With spectacular views of the 12th hole of Crooked Oaks golf course, guests love to grill on the back deck or enjoy a cocktail at sunset . The mid island location is perfect for accessing all of Seabrook's amenities from tennis to golf to the acclaimed beach club to the equestrian center. Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, The Goatery at Kiawah River and St Johns Kayaks are all close by too.

The home features hard wood floors throughout, and a bright, light filled floor plan, The fully stocked kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the separate dining room with sunny bay windows and seating for 6+. The living room features cheery windows, a 55" HDTV for your entertainment and a ceiling fan. Off the living room you'll find the finished sunroom with built in bookcases, ceiling fan, and panoramic windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. It is an ideal spot for an afternoon nap or to catch up on some reading. A door leading from the sunroom to the deck offers access to the large deck that spans the back of the home with its golf course views.

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, Smart TV, and newly updated ensuite bath. The bathroom features a double quartz vanity, tiled shower, marble floor and hair dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a plush queen bed with newly updated ensuite bath. This bathroom features a quartz vanity, tile floor and tiled shower. The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and has 4 twin beds with another new en suite bath. Perfect for families with small children and teenagers. This bathroom also has a quartz topped vanity with tile floor and tub/shower combination.

There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience as well. There is no access to the garage but a large driveway which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve Keurig & Carafe Coffee Maker on site.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We are one of the only companies that washes the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
