Sunrise to sunset, 1324 Pelican Watch Villa is full of wonders all year long. With an inviting living space and scenic outdoors, this villa offers a melody of comfort and nature for all to enjoy. Watch coastal birds and schools of dolphins feeding, families of deer munching on the bushes in the dunes, and sailboats and shrimp boats moving across the water - without leaving your private deck! You'll be a quick walk down the back steps to the calm and gentle waves.
Back inside, vibrant light and high ceilings create an airy space. Settle into comfortable furnishings or create culinary charms in the sparkling kitchen. This space is cooled with central air-conditioning for added comfort. Connect with loved ones back home using the complimentary WiFi and share the special moments you've made.
You can stay in this secluded slice of paradise and let the world fall away or enjoy golf, tennis, horseback riding, and a fire on the beach (s’mores!) among the amenities on Seabrook Island with all Charleston and the Low Country have to offer just minutes away.

All restaurants-only Amenity card charges are accepted (cash/credit cards not accepted). Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.
Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.
This villa rents Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months.
Three-night minimum in the off-season, subject to a cleaning fee.

Pelican watch
We’ve been coming to pelican watch villas for a decade now. We loved the upper level villas. The unit was nice. The notes around the unit ranged from helpful to patronizing. The awning was very nice to sit out on the deck. For the high price mark, the amenity card should be included. The water was shut off due to a tenant below us, but property management sent someone out fairly quickly and fixed it for us. Overall a beautiful vacation!

Perfect place in the perfect location
This was really a great rental. The property was beautiful, the apartment outstanding, and had a wonderful porch with the view of the ocean. It was very clean, very well-stocked, in the rental agency was very rapid and responsive in answering any questions we had. Will definitely book this again if we are in the area

Amazing View by the beach!
I love this property’s view. I enjoy having coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful view of the water. The property is labeled well with instructions on where to find everything. The kitchen is fully loaded! It is perfect for a family and friend weekend. There is a very short walk to the beach. The only complaint that I have is the cleanliness. The couches and decor were very dusty and had animal fur on them. The extra blankets stored in the bedroom need to be more comfortable.

Seabrook Waterfront
Very comfortable. Great location. Sunsets and dolphin viewing daily. Steps from our door were boardwalks leading to the beautiful, wide river which led to the ocean.

Amazing Villa
The villa is beautiful and has a million dollar view. Beautiful sunsets. Loved sitting on deck watching pods of dolphins. Only thing we cooked our meals while visiting and we couldn’t find any potholders we requested some when the property manager called but never received them. Kitchen has great cookware and appliances etc.

Everything was clean and neat.
We had a great time. Outside furniture was a little rusty and you could not use the beach chairs if you needed to. They were old and rusty. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Friends enjoyed our trip to this Pelican Watch condo. View from balcony was lovely and peaceful. Boardwalks to beach well-kept. Kitchen well-equipped. Great spot to explore the island of Seabrook by bike!

GREAT, SAFE LOCATION!!!
Wonderful in every way! One disappointment... the indoor pool was in another location and was only available by reservation and for lap swim only, so my 10-year old wasn’t happy about that, but the place was in a ritzy area. VERY QUIET!! The neighbors were very friendly. Beautiful setting! Loved it!!

Great Relaxing Condo on the Water

Nice and mostly clean place. However the shower curtain was disgusting. We emailed a couple of times about how to get A gate pass and never got a response but were able to figure it out when we got there

VISTA PARADISE
My husband and I have been coming to the Pelican Watch for 15 years and stayed at various villas and have been very satisfied with all of them. But this villa was stylishly decorated and had some amenities that made it home. The only problem was that a week was not long enough! Hope to come back here.
