We’ve stayed at this house several times, because of its location, cleanliness and because it’s size works perfectly for our whole family. It has great views of the ocean. We also love that it has a hot tub. Plus there are so many things our family can do nearby.

Had a great stay at this house. Location is stunning and kitchen is extremely well stocked. Will be back and definitely would recommend! Only issue was when trying to contact the property manager (Vacasa) prior to our stay. They did not respond to my messages through VRBO and eventually I tracked down an 800 number to call them. Was on hold for a while before speaking to someone and when I finally did they told me it was not their responsibility to respond to messages through VRBO, which was weird and a little annoying. Once we got to the house, everything was fantastic though.

Unsurpassed beauty, inside and outside. Right at the bluff, with a panoramic ocean view, sounds of surf crashing, serene quiet when the doors are closed, perfectly organized place top to bottom. The furniture and decor are classic and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking. Yes, there are ants, but very few if food is kept in the fridge. I would enthusiastically sign up to stay there again if ever I get the chance. It's the quintessence of Sea Ranch.

The home was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of space for all of us. It had a nice cozy feel. The views from windows in the house were awesome! The hot tub was nice and big with ample room for for our whole group.

Sea Ranch is a beautiful area, all eight miles of it. This home is in a perfect location, right on the edge of a bluff. However, the house has seen better days. We paid for a ten day stay but left three days early due to the conditions in the house. In the immediate days leading up to our arrival I received an email from Vacasa saying they were getting the house ready for our stay, cleaning windows and making sure everything was just right. When we arrived, the windows were not cleaned, in fact, several of the windows and sliding doors have failed and you couldn’t see out of them very well. Then half way into our stay, the automatic garage door came off its track rendering the door halfway open and unable to go up or down. That same day, the master bath shower door came off its track and couldn’t be opened or closed! The local Vacasa handyman was able to fix the shower door but nothing could be done to the garage door until the homeowner arrived after our departure. There is only one thermostat in the house so the downstairs stays very cold unless you turn up the thermostat but that makes it unbearably warm upstairs. The hardwood floors are very worn especially in the dining room due to the cafe chairs around the table being moved in and out. Scuffs and gashes on the walls are numerous. On the positive side, the kitchen is extremely well equipped! Nice linens too! House needs some TLC.

Brammer's Bluf was the perfect get a way for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The fully fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The house was well appointed with good bedding, good balance of public and private spaces and stunning views. The location was perfect for enjoying the bluff trail both into Sea Ranch and into Gualala Regional Park. I am looking forward to booking our next visit!

We have stayed at this beautiful location 5-6 times over the past 20 yrs. Great layout perfect for dogs with beautiful enclosed yard the best view and quiet. It needs some upgrades though as the carpets are old and dingy and get the plugs fixed in the bathrooms at least. They did not work. Also new flatware.

We love staying in this house -- the view is spectacular and the layout is great, and we like that there is an enclosed area for our little dog near the hot tub. We did have an ongoing issue with ants this time -- we had to deal with them in the kitchen every day of our six days there, and there weren't enough paper towels and we didn't get a response when I texted about it. Would have been good to know ahead of time that this is a problem that they haven't been able to solve.

This property has amazing ocean views. The inside of the house is comfortable, although it needs updating especially for what the nightly fee is. Kitchen appliances are from 1992, no working stove vent, windows and screens need replacing. The fence back yard was a plus for the dogs. We enjoyed the ocean views and walking trail right outside the property.

A most gorgeous location on the Sea Ranch property! We loved feeling the presence of the owners who made the home cozy, comfortable, and guest friendly. We especially enjoyed the organization of the kitchen which was thoughtfully labeled for easy meal preparation. The sense of hospitality was palpable. We are grateful for the opportunity to visit such a beautiful home.

If you want to stay at a premium gorgeous property with views from every window, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and linens-a very nice HOT hot tub, this place is a GEM. My family enjoyed lovely views and precious time together. I know how to avoid ants, put all food away and clean counters well after cooking before retiring. I LOVE THIS HOUSE! thanks so much to the owners for sharing it with us.

This is a very Comfortable & clean house , good layout for 5 adults , 1 child & a dog. The house is roomy yet feels intimate & cozy. Views from living room & upstairs master are stunning, saw whales every day and moon lit evenings from the deck. Just steps from an easy trail that meanders along the coast. Everything in the house worked properly including the bbq. Lots of good quality dish and glass wear . (2 small items that we noticed: could do with a bigger and more user friendly kitchen garbage can & there was confusion regarding checkout time, email says 10 am and binder in house says 11 am) But, All in all we loved every minute of our stay at this house & consider it money well spent.

We were satisfied with our first stay here 3 years ago. Unfortunately our return visit this week revealed that nothing was done to improve/maintain the property during the interim. The interior is really pretty shabby and the hot water output spotty. Also the wood staircase is in need of carpeting to prevent slips. On the plus side if you like beachfront the location is excellent-on the bluffs right up against a regional park. Also, despite the dated appliances, the kitchen is sufficiently well-appointed to enable us to cook in on Sunday and Monday when there are no decent dining out options in the area.

As soon as we arrived we could tell Sea Ranch was special - the house isn't super updated but has all the necessary things to function well. They provided beach towels which we used for the beach and the beach at Gualala park is a short 10 minute walk from the house. You have unobstructed views of the coast and the walking path goes right in front of the house. The house was very clean and everything worked fine, the only issue/negative we weren't aware of prior to checking in was the major ant problem in the kitchen. Owners said they had sprayed twice professionally to try to address and basically to not have any food out - staying here with a large group and kids this was basically impossible - from day 1 we were pretty much unable to do any cooking in the kitchen as the ants were all over everything, even crumbs left in the sink. They could have put some Terro baits out or left us a good vaccum to use in the kitchen but nothing was even there to try to use besides bug spray which I don't really want to be using around food. We were lucky our friends were renting the house next door and did all the cooking there but Sea Ranch isn't really a location where you can avoid cooking in / it's not like there are a ton of restaurants to go eat at instead. Our friends had similar issues in their house in some areas (not the kitchen) so understand this may be a general problem but something needs to happen to make this not the case as it was the only negative to our stay but had a large impact on our ability to use the kitchen. The only other thing that could be changed is there were no shades in the first floor bedroom which made it hard to sleep.

Great location for our family to get away for the weekend. The kitchen and dining room were a great place to hang out, and with absolutely views at at all times. I cannot imagine a better place to stay, with the constant roar of the ocean in the distance and hiking paths at your doorstep. Oh yeah, the fenced yard made this a perfect place for our dog, too!

Great piece of property. Having the trail right in front makes for great and convenient hiking and ate lunch 5 mins down the trail at Guala point. Only downside is folks walking can look into lower bedrooms, but pretty much a non-issue. Will definitely be renting here again!

Very beautiful views and the house was great. One of the bedrooms lacked a couple shades which made sleeping past five hard. I communicated with Vacasa once about the trash and they were very helpful. No other problems except a can opener with no blade, and the blanket in the master bedroom was located on the floor in the closet and had some food on it. Because the bedspread was too heavy we washed and dried the blanket. Overall a great stay though and a very well stocked house.

Having rented at Sea Ranch for many years and at many places, we would rate this at the bottom of our experiences. The negatives include: Cleanliness-Ranging from the unswept exterior to the grimey furniture, to the bed sheets that did not appear to had been washed prior to our stay, this residence was below acceptable. Decor-Although it is unrealistic to expect stunning interior decoration and modernity at a rental, this place seemed not updated for at least 25 years. There were some positives: The email communication with the property manager was good, although the local office surprisingly was closed Sunday and Monday. If one wants a seaside bluff view this is the place. Furthermore, it is located at the junction of the bluff trail and the Gualala regional park. Although the weather was great during our stay, we prefer to locate on the hillside for more sun and milder temps. The home appointments had two real pluses. A fully equipped kitchen-a real plus given the erratic and mediocre restaurant options in the area. Second was a nice enclosed garden/patio-great for the dogs. However, note that hardwood stairway between 1st and 2nd floors is not carpeted-not great for the dogs.

Wonderful location Lovely sound of the surf as you fall asleep Deck view is to die for! Kitchen large and well stocked Stove fan not working right now so some leftover fishy smell upon arrival. Also ant invasion. But not quite enough to knock it down from a five star!
