"Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff."

"The property was lovely and very characterful. Clean and well presented with all we needed for a long weekend away. A welcome bag was included which was a nice touch. "

"The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊"

"Great property but was disappointed with the customer service I complained twice about the water being too hot, in the main bathroom shower, I had the tap fully on cold but no change, it was never fixed, we had to use the shower on the top floor, I have sent cottages.com an email but no response "

"What a lovely little cottage, it had everything you needed, the bedding and towels was lovely quality also the fire was so nice. The location was perfect 2 minutes walk and your on the beach, just perfect. Also Louise was very helpful there if you needed help… Thank you we enjoyed it. "
