"Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. "

"The Barn is lovely, and we had a great holiday as ideally placed for visiting the coast and Moors. The owner was on hand if needed, but fortunately there was no need! The Barn must have originally been fitted to a high quality, oak furniture, comfortable beds, TVs in all rooms. Some furnishings are a little tired and could have been a bit cleaner, but all in all it is a lovely place. It was handy having the little outside space, having a cuppa in the morning in the sunshine.Parking was tight,...

"Had a lovely holiday the place was very spacious and nice and peaceful. The grandchildren loved the pool and table tennis, the garden was lovely and it was nice to sit out and chill in the sun. The Falcon Inn just down the road served excellent food. You are near to Scarborough and Whitby. Peaseholme Park was really good well worth a trip.We would definitely stay at Rudda Farm again."
