The Space:

Discover the allure of this enchanting cottage featuring an inviting open-plan kitchen/living area making it a delightful space for cooking. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, adorned with soft linens and plush pillows, creating a perfect haven for a restful night's sleep, the bay window allows natural light to flood the room during the day. There is a cosy single bedroom, and a convenient sofa bed in the lounge which we provide sleeping bags and pillows for. Unwind in the light-filled, airy bathroom and enjoy the convenience of private off-road parking.



Guest Access:

The whole cottage is yours to enjoy, complete with free off-street parking (a rare find in this village). Access is easy through your private front door with a digital lock.

The cottage sits in a peaceful rural village, just a short walk from two welcoming pubs—one serving food daily—and a traditional fish and chip shop open on weekends. You’re only a short drive from the coast and the stunning North Yorkshire countryside, with countless beautiful places to explore right on your doorstep.

Perfectly situated, take a leisurely stroll and discover a charming children's playground, the local village pub, and a delightful fish and chip shop, all within easy reach. Other Things to Note:

• There is one free dedicated parking space, any extra cars can park for free on the street outside the cottage entrance, or in the car park at the local Village Hall

• No dogs allowed

• High chair and travel cot provided on request

• No stairgate

• Two outside chairs are provided for warm days

• One hairdryer available for guests

• All bedding and towels are provided - with sleeping bags and pillows for the Sofa Bed

• Starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk provided
