"The food was quite bad. We tried all three restaurants but did not have a single good meal. We aren’t picky. It was just not good."

"The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it."

"Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. "

"The Cofresi Jr. Suite was a pleasant, friendly resort. My only two issue was that there was no in-room internet connection, although Wi-Fi was available around the pool area and in other common spaces and the TV in our room was entirely too small for the room. But other than those two, we had an extremely nice, relaxing & busy first-time visit.The beaches are amazing and the salt water is at a perfect temperature.
