"* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

"The only issue we had was really with the cleaning service as the bed sheets were not changed and still had sand in the sheets cakes on that had been from the previous guest and i had to sleep on top of the sheets so i didn't feel the sand the first night. Other then that the stay was great"

"We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house...

"This little bungalow was adequate for our basic needs and is in a good walkable location. It was clean, somewhat comfortable & nicely decorated. A bit confusing on how to find it as it is a back cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen (though not used) is well stocked. What was not mentioned was there is a construction project of a towering addition to the front house so construction materials & workers were present. Work began at 8 am. The walkway back to the cottage is not for rolling...
