"For the Christmas holidays, we planned a trip with our two teen boys (16 and 19) for surfing in Hawaii. I gave a 4 star rating due to having to pump water from the ac pan and the shower dripped a little(not a complaint at all, just mentioning it for the next tenant). "This condo is just as described in a great walkable location to many things. It's close to the beach and has beach chairs, at least one umbrella, and lots of other water equipment. It is well equipped inside with everything you would need, especially in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. The condo has a great layout for a couple. ""The Jetsons" rental property in Honolulu, Hawaii is a very pleasant place to stay. The location is very close to Ala Moana Shopping Center and the Ala Moana Beach. The unit is very clean and decorated to match the theme. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the lanai is quite large with great views. "It's a really good deal, especially because of the free parking. The room was as advertised, with good communication from the host to resolve any issues. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because we saw a few medium size live cockroaches including one smashed on the wall that was never cleaned. Some of this may be out of the host's control but they were definitely not taking the necessary precautions to prevent pests (ie. no lid on the trash can and poor ventilation in the bathroom...
