"I like that it was away from the highway, so vehicle noise was low. Has a nice maintained outside area to walk and walk your dogs. Our room was neat and clean. We used the washer and dryer very convenient and clean. My con was the noisy a/c, but I can put up with it, cause it sure did cool well. All in all everything was wonderful and people are friendly. Thank you staff and management."

Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back.."

Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses."
